I have managed both administrative staffs and dance companies, and have a broad range of experience including development, budgeting, publicity/marketing/social media, artist and tour management, and board relations.

As artistic director, I founded L’Atelier: Centro Creativo de Danza in 1994, and directed the school until 2001.
